Cancellation & Refund Policy for AXON Purchase Options

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all additional purchase options, add-ons, and upgrades (collectively referred to as "Options") purchased in connection with AXON products. This includes, but is not limited to, software licenses, extended warranty plans (Service Plans), custom hardware configurations, and professional installation services.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract for the specific Option.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

To ensure the integrity of our systems and services, the right to cancel is limited in the following circumstances:

  • Digital Content & Software Upgrades: By purchasing a digital AXON Option (e.g., a software license key or cloud feature activation), you expressly consent to immediate delivery. You acknowledge that your right to withdraw expires once the digital content is accessed, downloaded, or activated.

  • Custom Configurations: Options that are custom-made or personalized to your specific technical requirements (e.g., custom-built AXON hardware modules) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has commenced.

  • Fully Performed Services: If you have requested a service (e.g., professional onsite installation) to begin during the withdrawal period, the right to cancel expires once the service is fully performed.

4. Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions

For corporate and professional clients, all sales of AXON Purchase Options are considered final. Any cancellation or modification of an order after confirmation is subject to the sole discretion of NL-Zorg and may be subject to a restocking or administrative fee of [e.g., 15%] of the total Option price.

5. Cancellation Fees for Services

For scheduled services (training or installation):

  • Cancellations > 48 hours notice: Full refund of the service fee.

  • Cancellations < 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of [e.g., 50%] will be retained to cover mobilization and administrative costs.

6. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement.

7. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel a valid purchase within the permitted timeframe, we will reimburse all payments received from you for that specific Option. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
