All AXON orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We ship directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AXON is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at info@get-axon.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
